We used a chaise lounge pad for each one of us, but a full sized air mattress would work well too. We liked the ease of set up, though you might want to carry a small ground tarp with you as you have to turn the t/c on its side, and it can get dirty or muddy under certain conditions. With a door on each side, you never have to crawl over your partner for that midnight bathroom run. The pockets inside are handy for small flashlights, wallets, and other small gear, and the large pocket underneath the frame is good for stowing the rain fly if you dont want to use it. The rolling duffle makes storage and moving the tent cot very easy, altho we had a bit of trouble getting it to fit back in the bag after it was unpacked and opened the first time. The zippers worked flawlessly and the venting and view is exceptional. Didnt have an opportunity to use the rainfly but it seems up to just about any rainstorm you may encounter. All in all, we love it! Take a cable lock with you when ever you take it camping tho. Someone else might love it too!
