There are no tears or holes anywhere in the material, and all the zippers work great. Poles are aluminum and in fine shape. I set up the tent and took pictures before I replaced 4 of the bungee cords. 3 were stretched out and one had been replaced poorly with a thinner piece of cord. See photo 11 for a closeup of one of the repairs. I also acquired a new tent bag from Eureka! The tent measures 11.5 x 8.5 x 7H.
