The store has brown and white spots more on the bottom of the floor. The tent needs cleaned. In the part of the roof where the central pole goes, it is broken and unstitched. It needs to be fixed. Some of the tapes it has are peeling off. The chimney is not included. The carrying bag is dirty and has some holes. Please see the pictures. Open box condition, This vestibule is in excellent like new condition, It was taken out of its box to check for contents and ensure there is no issues with it. The item was a store return, overstock, or shelf pull off. The vestibule was taken out of the bag and inspected to ensure it was complete and had no imperfection.
