Condition is new factory defect. This tent contained 2 groundsheet instead of a groundsheet and a bedroom pod. I had a spare bedroom (I know its a bit smaller -4man room) but I fastened it up in place and its now usable as a bedroom. Only the left bedroom door opens. You could order the bedroom pods for this model if you really wanted the extra space and original rooms. Its more than usable as is though. Other than the room its great as you would expect from a new item. Fully zip in groundsheet. Plenty of windows with blinds plus all the insulation benefits that comes with a poly cotton tent.
