Decent condition, no holes or tears, there’s just a couple little snags as pictured but nothing that bugs can get through, some sap stains on the underside of the ground floor, rain fly looks a lil discolored because it’s in need of a wash (I’m moving and don’t have the right soap to wash it right now). Comes with tent lights, all 10 stakes, stake sack, DAC poles sack, and tent sack to hold everything. Everything with the tent is solid, tent poles may need replacing within a couple years (mainly because of the cord within the poles), but thankfully big agnes has great customer service and can replace them when the time comes.
