Nemo Meta 2P Tent. The Nemo Meta 2P boasts one of the coolest tent designs–no poles. You stake it out and use two trekking poles (not included) as supports. Since I normally hike with trekking poles already, this was a no-brainer. It requires 6 stakes to set up (4 corners plus one more for each vestibule), and you can use two more stakes (for a total of 
to open the head and foot vents on the walls of the tent. The wall vents combined with the vents on each vestibule meant condensation was never an issue for me. Setup instructions are printed on the tag attached to the stuff sack. (see pic) This tent is HUGE for a 2-person with loads of vestibule space on both sides. And with the ability to roll back both sides of each vestibule, you can enjoy those warm summer night breezes or zip them closed for more privacy and warmth. Now that I have two tiny campers, I “upgraded” to a tent that can fit a VW inside it. It makes me sad every time I pull out my beloved Nemo, caress it, and tell it that I’ll use it again someday. But we both know that is a lie. So it’s time for us to go our separate ways and for you, dear reader, to give this tent what it deserves. Despite my love for this tent, I only used it 3 times and always used the footprint. It’s in like-new condition. No rips, tears, mold or anything wrong with it. All the zippers function beautifully.
