I made my own cross bars using scrap 8020 aluminum from work, but you could use unistrut. Q:Can I put futons or sleeping bags inside? A:Yes, the tent comes with mattresses and plenty of space to put whatever you want. Q:what is the height with the included roof top cross bars when the tent is closed? My garage door has low clearance. A:Mine did not come with roof top cross bars. Also I have a mid height bed rack so mine is below the top of the cab of the truck.
