Mesh body and roof vent offers excellent ventilation to keep condensation from building up. Rainfly and floor are made from ultralight silicone-treated, ripstop nylon with a waterproof polyurethane coating. There is some very minor dirt from one day use. Eight stakes and all other items are included for the tent to be ready to set up out-of-the-box. There is a 1 inch tear on the gray panel of the rain fly. It has been double patched with an oversized piece of tenacious tape tent repair tape. Please see photos number is 5, 6 and seven – showing details of this one imperfection of the tent. If you look closely, you will see that the patched area is actually under the rain flap. So when the tent rain fly is closed – the double patch is actually under the rain flap. I have shown pictures with the flap actually folded back so you can see the patch. 6 x 18 inches.
