Super Vintage SEARS Ted Williams 10 Person CANVAS CABIN TENT – w/ Case Nice. Grammys General Store strives to be accurate. Please review all pictures. Classic Green & Yellow in color. Height is 8′ in middle and 6′ on ends. Measures 17′ X 10′ – about 170 sq. Has working handles on it. Measures 5′ x 15″ x 15″. Everything in and with the case weighs 79 pounds! Two men were able to get this put up in a reasonable amount of time. Quite solid when fully built. This is a nice example of a retro Sears tent. No rips or tears; this tent is heavy duty. Only glitches are 2 repairs to screen and one to floor (shown inside and out) as pictured. It was stored with dryer sheets. No bugs, no bad odors. VINTAGE CANVAS CABIN / WALL TENT 1953 HUGE 14 L X 10 W X 8 1/2 TALL AMAZING &RARE. This tent is huge. It is 14 feet long x 10 feet wide x 8 1/2 feet tall! One person can set it up in about 15 minutes. It is green with a yellow roof. All of the zippers function perfectly and there are no tears in the canvas. The floor has some stains from use, Dirt ect. There are some pinholes in the netting. This Amazing canvas tent is almost 70 years old so it is not perfect but it has character and it is solid. There is nothing wrong with it. NOTE THE CENTER SUPPORT IS ON THE INSIDE. Most other tents it is on the outside. Tent has all of the original steel poles and two extra center poles. I will include the 15 stakes needed for the base. If you were 7 feet tall your head will not hit the top of the tent in the center! There is a tag on the bottom but all if the details have worn off. Super easy set up. Stake out the 4 corners and the rest was easy. I have marked all of the poles for location and expansion distance. I have spent many hours on the internet trying to find images of anything close to this tent without any luck. Whoever originally owned this tent put there initials and date in the corner. The date is 1953! The tent may be older. This canvas tent is amazing. It looks really cool and has a medieval times vibe to it. If you have any questions just ask. I do not have the bag it came in. There is a patch in the floor of the tent it was there when i got it. It should be about a hundred. Thank you for looking and have a great day!
