It is in great shape yet has one small repaired hole in one of the walls, which is about 1/16 in diameter. Never set up for more than three days and nights at a time.

I would say a total of 30 days outside that is it ! Stored at even temperature when not in use. For $4,000.00 (prerunner of the current two meter dome model). Tent is in very good condition. No damage and no peeling or stickiness of the waterproofing but the tent is a little smelly. It improved greatly from being set up and aired out though. The zipper on one side of the main opening has a kink but it still engages. Comes with a blue north face stuff sack that is faded but nothing else.
