Please be sure to review all pictures for complete physical details. CONDITION DETAILS: The tent is structurally sound all poles are included and in good overall condition. When taking pictures I forgot to install the two poles that hood the rain cover flap up over the entrance but they are included. The tent needs cleaned. I would assume the seams could use resealing but there is no separation or tears in the seams. The rain cover has a tear in the front that is pictured but is otherwise solid. The zipper will need repaired. Again, I would assume any seams may need re-weatherproofing. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
