Medieval Knight Harold square Functional WaterProof tent for Camping Reenactment. This medieval tent is a cheap, yet spacious and functional tent suitable for military camps, medieval markets or LARP events. It offers enough space for 2 or 3 occupants with their belongings and equipment, and with a generous interior height of approx. 1.80 m on the sides and approx. 2.60m in the center. The tent is adorned with a headband that runs all the way around. The lower edge closes with a band that prevents dirt and dust from entering. The two separate side walls of the medieval tent meet at the front and back to form the two respective entrances. The tent can also be used as an awning by simply leaving the side walls outside. We forgo a canopy in order to keep the tent compact. Knight Harold’s tent is supplied with accessories. It is waterproofed and treated against mildew. 3 x 3 m – Entrance height: approx. Interior height: approx. 2.60 m – Height of the side walls: approx. Tent canvas consisting of 1 roof and 2 side walls. 8 large tent pegs. Red / blue (cotton, 425 g / m2). All measurements are approximate and may vary from the actual product supplied. The tents are made by hand, which gives them an authentic appearance on the one hand, but can also lead to one or two small flaws on the other hand. Cotton is a natural material that reacts differently to different external conditions and can significantly shrink or expand. In some cases it may be necessary to shorten the poles to size. Do not try to stretch the tent skin by force, as this increases the risk of tearing the canvas or breaking the stitches. You can prolong the life of your knight’s tent and enjoy it for a long time by observing the following precautions. Do not stretch the ropes too much, as natural materials such as wood or cotton change under the influence of moisture in the air and need room to contract and expand. In this way, for example, you can prevent the roof holes for the posts from stretching and ultimately facilitating the penetration of water. We recommend loosening the ropes slightly in the evening, as the air humidity increases significantly at night and can increase the risk of undue stress being placed on your tent. The strings should also be somewhat loosened by rain or atmospheric humidity. If the tent has been exposed to moisture, we strongly advise you to dry it after use, otherwise it may rot. Never use detergents or any other cleaning products to clean your tent. The best way to remove dried-on dirt is to use a brush. When it comes to storing your tent over a long period, please separate all accessories pegs, ropes, etc. From the tent itself and preferably pack everything separately. Make sure all items are dry and stored in a dry place. We have been indulged in manufacturing of high quality, functional and wearable amours’ replica since 1997.
