It comes with original documentation and set up instructions! The tent is from 1969, it is used but it is still functional. Tent was used last july and has been kept in storage since so it does smell musty. The ted williams tag is coming off after 46 years and needs to be reattached. The canvas shows signs of previous repairs but were well made, all screens are original, please refer to pictures. There are some stains and other signs of wear and use on the canvas and aluminum poles. The tent measures approximately 9.5 x 13. I was not able to set it up completely because the space i have is limited and the tent won’t fit. The tent was sprayed with a waterproof spray last july but i can not guarantee that it won’t leak because it did not rain during our camping trip. All of the poles are original and in working condition even though they are not perfect and show signs of use consistent with the age of the tent.
