The tent has been used about 6 times. I resealed the bottom areas as a precaution, but there are no leaks. Works well in the tsin or snow, excellent for the wind. Pre-owned, in excellent condition. No issues with zippers, or poles. No rips of any kind. Originally included was a doormat and storage bag, both of those have been lost. From many reviews this is essential for a better experience and I agree. Very clean inside and out, no bad smells. Very roomy, even for a big guy. This tent has seen very little use. As tents go I would say it is in good to excellent condition. No rips, no tears, all screen and door zippers working as they should. All interior plastic clips in good condition. Fully seam taped from factory, with seam seal along stitching on the exterior. Two shock corded poles and 1 Bibler stuff sack included in sale.
