The Home of Happy Glamping. Outbacker® Firebox Wood Burning Stove & Water Boiler Package. Stove & water boiler package. Lightweight, portable log burner (12kg). Glass window in door. Built in spark arrestor. 60mm stainless steel flue pipe. Square stove with grate. Flue sections can be packed away and stored inside its belly. Folding legs for transporting. A new addition to the Outbacker stove range for 2016. As well as looking great in your tent the’Firebox’ has been created to be a light weight and compact companion on your travels. Its solid construction makes the’Firebox’ very durable. Like our original portable wood burner when the stove is being stored or transported the flue sections can be packed away and stored inside its belly and the legs fold away. The flue section comes with a built in spark arrestor to stop stray sparks landing on your canvas. Amazingly this compact stove offers over 3Kw of heat but weighs only 12kg, so you really can take anywhere you want. The long stainless steel flue helps carry the smoke away so you wont breath it in. Incorporating a flue makes the Outbacker Firebox ideal for being installed in fire retardant shelters such as Tipis, Bell Tents, Yurts and even sheds! We also sell flashing kits, so that it can correctly be installed with the flue going out the roof of the shelter. This means that the stove can also be utilised for heating as well as cooking. The Firebox offers a large surface to cook on and the 60mm flue pipe means that you can also use add our water boiler to have hot water on tap. There is plenty of room for pans on top of the stove, you can even remove the hot plate cover so the open flames can lick the bottom of the pot, offering you more control over the heat when cooking. Finally, with the glass door, you can while away the hours watching the fire roar. Flue height 2.40m. Size 250mm x 250mm x 400mm. Also included in package is the water heater for Outbacker Firebox stoves. These water heaters have been designed to harness the heat of your stove to provide hot water on tap! It wraps around the bottom flue section and sits on top of our Firebox Stove. Once the water has boiled the water heater can be turned around to hang from the bottom flue. You can use a kettle on the stoves, but using the water heater means that more of the top plate is free for your other pots and pans. The Stove Water Heater holds 3 litres of water. Made from brushed Stainless Steel. Size: 210 x 140 x 320 mm. Weight: 1.6 kg. It holds up to 3 litres of water, but when empty it weighs only 1.6kg. 1 x Outbacker Firebox Stove. Front Zippered Door – Features a YKK #10 zipper, the highest quality heavy duty zipper made. If neither is specified, a back door will be sent. Storm Flap on Door. This is an 8 canvas flap with buckles that protects the zippers on your door. This acts as an air seal, allows your canvas to be up off the ground, and prevents water from wicking up the canvas wall.
