Pre-owned, in excellent condition. No issues with zippers, or poles. No rips of any kind. Originally included was a doormat and storage bag, both of those have been lost. From many reviews this is essential for a better experience and I agree. Very clean inside and out, no bad smells. Very roomy, even for a big guy.
