The item appears to be in used condition. I took everything out of the bags and looked it all over as you can see in the pictures. I did not count all of the stakes in the bag to see if they are all there or not so you will receive the stakes that you see in the bag. All poles are accounted for with no issues as you can see in the pictures. None of the long poles are broke as you can see. The only thing I did not do was put the tent completely together, but I did look everything over to the best of my abilities. See pics for additional details of item.
